Because it is a three-layer structure, the material for the stainless steel water ripple and the galvanized sheet behind it do not need to be too thick, 0.5-0.8mm is fine, some customers don't understand it, and think it would be better to use a thicker one. In fact, if it is more practical, the cost will be high, which is a waste of money.
The size of the curtain wall or image wall is also relatively large, and the method is the same as that of the ceiling.
Installation method of water corrugated board: ①Install the keel, the edge of the board is clipped into the groove or fixed with screws. Advantages: good docking, the docking surface is relatively flat and silky, and the installation and removal are convenient and quick. ②Put the carpentry base, evenly apply neutral structural glue or glass glue, paste it directly, and then use a rod to support the outside. Remove it after the glue is completely dry. Advantages: lower cost and faster. Disadvantages: The interface is not easy to handle, it may be difficult to connect during the matching process, and it cannot be removed.
